Admission Process

Step 1 – Online Application

Select ‘Online Application’ under the admissions tab on the home page. Complete the Online Student Enquiry & Registration. Start an application here using our online application system. Once you complete the form, you will receive an acknowledgement via phone or email.

Upon the offer of enrolment being accepted, our Admissions Officer will send you an email with details about the enrolment process. Our Admissions Officer will guide you and your family throughout the process to ensure a smooth start for your child.

Note: Admission application forms with Prospectus are available at all the Phonics Academia Admission.Prospectus and ‘Admission Form’ Charges are Rupees 500/- only and is available at Phonics Academia Schools Campus

Step 2 – Registration

This non-refundable fee covers the administrative costs of starting up your application. The current registration fee, payable on enrolment is PKR 500 to initiate the registration.

Complete the Online Student Enquiry & Registration. Once you complete the form, you will receive an acknowledgement and advice on the following further steps.

Note: Payment of the Registration and Application fee does not guarantee your child a place at the school.

STEP 3 – Application

Application Fee (Non-Refundable): This is payable upon initial application to the school. Initial assessment cannot take place until this fee has been paid. Application fee does not guarantee a place, but it will entitle a child to a place on an appropriate waiting list in the event that the year group is full. The current application fee, payable on Admission office will be sending offer letters to successful applicants, subject to seat availability. Your application will only be completed once we have received all documentation and the required payment.

  • Successful Application: Applicants will receive an offer letter from the school and to confirm your child’s placement, payment of the admission fee and any other fees payable is required by the stipulated date in the offer letter.Our Admissions Office will inform parents of the application outcome through telephone or email
  • Payment of Admission Fee of PKR 5000 (non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-adjustable) in cash.
  • If an applicant is declined at this stage, their family will be officially notified by phone or email. Reasons for declining an application may include low academic standing, poor letters of recommendation, or limited language proficiency as described in the records. In this case, student may be eligible for re-submission based on the Admission officer findings
  • When a student is offered a place, the required documentation, fully completed should be submitted. The Tuition fee of PKR 4500 will be required to be paid to confirm the seat. This fee will ONLY be refunded if a child does not complete one full day of school and leaves

Note: If a seat is not available, your child’s application will be placed on a waitlist until a seat becomes available.

STEP 4 – REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

We enroll students throughout the year and so have no application deadlines. However, we encourage you to file an application as early as possible to secure a place for your child. The application process usually takes about 3 working days provided a completed application is received, including the application fee and academic reports.
It would greatly help us to process your application in good time if you were able to bring the following documentation with you on your visit:

  • 4 recent passport photographs (on photographic paper on white background
  • Original Pakistan Identity Card of both the parents (will be required if your child is accepted into Phonics Academia)
  • Passport (Copies of applicant& parent’s passport) (front page)
  • Copy of your child's birth certificate.
  • Photocopy of Character Certificate from last institution attended
  • An official copy of the school leaving certificate from previous school attended.
  • Complete official school reports for the past two years. (not required for applicants under 5 years old).
  • Any relevant supporting documents – this can include test results, educational psychologist reports, medical information, special learning needs assessment results etc. If these records are not in English, an official English translation must also be submitted.
  • Financial Responsibility form – to be completed by the parent’s employer, should they be paying fees.
  • Medical Information Form, to be completed and signed by the applicant’s parent or guardian
  • Full details of all vaccinations and immunizations for your child

Note: Once the school receives all of the above documentation, the school’s admission Team will review the admissions application. The outcome of applications will be communicated within 3 working days of it being submitted.
